Terms of Entry
Please ensure you have read and understand the following.
1. Every child who enters must be paid for and surrender their footwear at reception
2. Socks MUST be worn at all times
3. You MUST retain your receipt in order to re-claim your footwear
4. The toddlers area is exclusive for children who are under 95 cm
5. Children must not run on the carpeted areas
6. Running and climbing up any slides is NOT permitted
7. Our height limit for play is 1.50 meters
8. Play areas are monitored by trained staff but they are not responsible for your children
9. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
10. We recommend that children wear long sleeves on the play equipment
11.Disruption to other customers is not allowed
12. All customer must follow staffs instructions
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry
14. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time
15. All persons entering the premises must be in possession of a valid receipt/ticket
16. If you and your children leave the premises you cannot regain entry with a receipt/ticket purchased from the previous visit
17. Once you have left the premises with your children you must pay to regain entry
18. You will not be able to change your admission once paid for
19. Please report all injuries to a member of staff
20. Only Food & Drink Purchased from Jolly Roger may be consumed on the premises
Fail to follow any of these terms & conditions and you may be asked to leave without a refund.
- No shoes in the soft play
- Sock must be worn
- The littlies area is only for toddlers, infants & babies
- No running outside the play areas
- No food or drinks in the soft play
- No running or climbing up the slides
- Any injuries must be reported to a member of staff
- Maximum height limit is 1.5 metres for using the soft play
- No throwing balls outside the ball pools
- Children, toddlers, and infants must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
- Infants (under 85cm) can only use the littlies area.
- Toddlers (85cm – 105cm) can only use the littlies area, but may be permitted to explore the bigger kids sections with the assistance of their parent or guardian.
- Children (105cm or over) can only use the bigger kids section.
- We recommend that children wear long sleeve tops on the play equipment
- Disruption to other customers is not allowed

Staff are on-site to help you encourage safe play with your children, please ask if you need assistance
Strictly none of the following are tolerated.
1. Foul language
2. Anger or aggression
3. Violence of any kind
4. Assault on staff members
5. Assault of members of the public
6. Provoking violence or aggression
If any of the above are observed or inflicted the police will be informed immediately. You will be told to leave and may suffer a non-entry period.
We expect cooperative, positive and friendly behaviour from all members of public.
If you have an issue please inform a senior member of staff immediately so we can handle the situation.
Please refrain from handling the issue yourself as it may escalate beyond your control.
None of the following items are allowed to be brought on-site.
1. Food or drinks (Food & Drinks are available for purchase from the Café)
2. Compressed gas
3. Explosives
4. Weapons
5. Alcohol
6. Noise makers (Air horns, Klaxons, Bells)
7. Lasers (pointers, rods, poles)
8. Drugs (Except medicinal prescriptions from a doctor)
9. Face masks (Helmets, Bandannas, Ski, Welding, Hockey)
10. Sharp objects (scissors, knives)
11. Bats or rackets
12. Tools
13. Stun guns
Or any other possible items that can be used to inflict harm.
Failure to surrender any of these items will result in being be asked to leave without refund and/or informing the police.
