We don't charge for adult's entry, simply because why would we? We are a children's soft-play after all

Enjoy all day play sessions, arrive anytime and stay as long you like, re-entry is not permitted.

Terms of Entry

Please ensure you have read and understand the following.

1. All children must be paid for upon entry and surrender their footwear at reception.
2. Socks must be worn at all times.
3. Please keep your receipt to reclaim your footwear.
4. The “Littlies” area is strictly for toddlers, infants, and babies.
5. Running on carpeted areas is prohibited.
6. Running or climbing up slides is not allowed.
7. The height limit for play is 1.5 meters.
8. Play areas are monitored by trained staff, but they are not responsible for supervising your children.
9. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
10. We recommend that children wear long sleeves when using the play equipment.
11. Disruptive behavior that affects other customers is not permitted.
12. All customers must follow staff instructions.
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
14. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
15. All individuals entering the premises must have a valid receipt or ticket.
16. If you exit the premises, you cannot re-enter with a receipt or ticket from a previous visit.
17. Once you have exited with your children, you will need to pay again to re-enter.
18. Admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
19. Please report any injuries to a staff member immediately.
20. Only food and drink purchased from Jolly Roger may be consumed on the premises.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

1. No shoes allowed in the soft play area.
2. Socks must be worn at all times.
3. The Littlies area is designated for toddlers, infants, and babies only.
4. Running is not allowed outside the play areas.
5. No food or drinks are allowed in the soft play area.
6. Running or climbing up slides is prohibited.
7. Any injuries must be reported to a staff member immediately.
8. The maximum height limit for the soft play is 1.5 meters.
9. Throwing balls outside the ball pools is not permitted.
10. Children, toddlers, and infants must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
11. Infants (under 85cm) are restricted to the Littlies area.
12. Toddlers (85cm – 105cm) can use the Littlies area, but may explore the larger play areas with parental supervision.
13. Children (105cm and over) are permitted only in the bigger kids’ section.
14. We recommend children wear long sleeve tops on the play equipment.

Staff are on-site to assist you and encourage safe play for your children. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help if needed.

Strictly none of the following are tolerated.

1. Foul language

2. Anger or aggression

3. Violence of any kind

4. Assault on staff members

5. Assault of members of the public

6. Provoking violence or aggression

If any of the above are observed or inflicted the police will be informed immediately. You will be told to leave and may suffer a non-entry period.

We expect cooperative, positive and friendly behaviour from all members of public.

If you have an issue please inform a senior member of staff immediately so we can handle the situation.

Please refrain from handling the issue yourself as it may escalate beyond your control.

None of the following items are allowed to be brought on-site.

1. Food or drinks (Food & Drinks are available for purchase from the Café)

2. Compressed gas

3. Explosives

4. Weapons

5. Alcohol

6. Noise makers (Air horns, Klaxons, Bells)

7. Lasers (pointers, rods, poles)

8. Drugs (Except medicinal prescriptions from a doctor)

9. Face masks (Helmets, Bandannas, Ski, Welding, Hockey)

10. Sharp objects (scissors, knives)

11. Bats or rackets

12. Tools

13. Stun guns

Or any other possible items that can be used to inflict harm.

Failure to surrender any of these items will result in being be asked to leave without refund and/or informing the police.
