Catering options

This catering option includes one choice for each child from Hot dog, Chicken nuggets, Beef burger, or Cheese pizza. Every meal comes with french fries and baked beans, but can be removed or substituted for veg sticks, just ask when placing your order on entry.
Hot Food
All-Inclusive or Exclusive Package
Enjoy freshly made ham and cheese sandwiches, selection of cakes, crunchy veggie sticks, fruit salad, scones, jam, and cream. Served with orange or blackcurrant squash for a well-rounded afternoon treat.
Afternoon Tea
All-Inclusive Package
This catering option includes a choice of 9" pizzas from margarita or pepperoni, we also include fries and veg sticks. You can opt to have additional pizzas for adults or the children at an additional cost.
Pizza Party
Exclusive Package Only
This catering option allows you to provide your own food and drink for children attending your party, we cannot provide you with cups, plates or cutlery. But any water or jugs we can provide, just ask your party assistant or receptionist. You can opt to provide catering for the adults but will incur an additional cleaning charge of £20.

Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understand these terms and conditions before booking a party, by booking a party with us you have acknowledged and understand the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Party Bookings

1. Minimum Children Requirements

  • The minimum number of children required for All-Inclusive and Self-Catering packages is 8 children.
  • The minimum number of children required for Exclusive packages is 20 children.
  • The minimum number of children required for Lasertag parties is 10 children.

2. Party Room Allocation

  • Customers may select their preferred party room at the time of booking; however, Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd cannot guarantee a specific room allocation in the event of unforeseen operational circumstances, maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Adult Supervision Ratios

  • A minimum of 1 adult per 6 children is required to supervise all attending children.
  • A maximum of 2 adults per 1 child is permitted for entry.

4. Deposit and Booking Changes

  • A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you request to change the date of your party within 7 days or less of the original booking date, a fee equal to 10% of your booking cost will apply.

5. Confirming Attendance & Payment Terms

  • Final numbers of children must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the party. This will finalise the balance for your party.
  • The number of children cannot be decreased on the day of the party.
  • Full payment of any outstanding balance is due on or before the day of the party unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • By completing a booking, the customer authorises Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd to securely retain the payment card details provided at the time of booking and to charge the card for any outstanding balances relating to the booking, including but not limited to unpaid party balances, additional attendees, add-ons, damages, cleaning charges, repair charges, or any other agreed charges incurred under these terms and conditions.
  • If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd reserves the right to automatically process the outstanding balance using the card details held securely on file for the booking.
  • Reasonable attempts may be made to contact the customer prior to processing payment; however, failure to respond shall not prevent recovery of monies owed under the booking agreement.
  • By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.

6. Guest List and Safety Information

  • A guest list containing the names of all invited children must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the party using the link included in the email confirmation.
  • Please ensure that any allergies and emergency contact information are included for children attending without their parent, guardian, or carer.

7. Party Schedule and Room Access

  • For the first 30 minutes of the party, you will have access to reserved seating exclusively for your party, signposted within the seating area.
  • After the first 30 minutes, you will have access to your allocated party room, and children will be called once play time has ended.
  • Party schedules are provided to the team handling your booking. All timings are approximate and may vary by up to 15 minutes.

8. Prohibited Items and Charges

  • Confetti, silly string, banners, and streamers are not permitted on the premises.
  • Adhesives of any kind, including sticky tape, blu tack, glue dots, or wall fixings, are strictly prohibited on walls or fixtures.
  • If prohibited items are used, a cleaning fee of £25 and/or a repair charge of up to £100 per damaged panel may apply.

9. Party End Time

  • All party guests must vacate the premises within 15 minutes of the party end time.

10. Liability for Stored Items

  • Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd accepts no responsibility for any items left, stored, or handed to staff for safekeeping.

11. Food and Drink Policy

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted on the premises except for customers booked onto the Self-Catering package.
  • Requests for external catering must be submitted in advance via email to [email protected].
  • External catering may incur additional cleaning and waste disposal charges.

12. Additional Children

  • Additional children attending the party who are not included on the confirmed guest list may incur additional charges.
  • Charges may be applied as either the full party guest rate or a standard admission charge, as determined by the duty manager or party host on the day.

13. Cancellation Policy

  • If we agree to cancel your party booking, any booking fees, deposits, or charges already incurred will not be refunded.

14. Late Arrivals

  • Party bookings operate within allocated time slots. Late arrival may result in reduced play or party room time where operationally necessary.
  • No refunds or discounts will be provided for time lost due to late arrival of guests or organisers.

15. Behaviour and Safety

  • Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate towards staff or other guests.
  • Parents, guardians, and supervising adults remain responsible for the behaviour and supervision of children attending the party at all times.

16. Damage to Property

  • The booking organiser accepts responsibility for any deliberate or negligent damage caused by party guests to the premises, equipment, fixtures, or fittings.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the cardholder responsible for the booking.

17. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements where advised in advance, Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • It is the responsibility of the booking organiser or parent/guardian to ensure all dietary information provided is accurate.

18. Force Majeure

  • Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, severe weather, government restrictions, staff illness, equipment failure, or emergencies.

By making a booking with Jolly Roger Adventure Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. A 10% deposit is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
  2. If you request to change the date of your party within 7 days or less from the initial booked date, a fee of 10% of your booking cost is charged.
  3. You must confirm attendees with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior the party, this will finalise the remaining amount for your party. Decreasing the attendees after this point is not permitted.
  4. Should we agree to cancel your party, any booking fees you have incurred will not be refunded.

Q: When is the balance due for the party?
A: You’ll be asked to pay on arrival of your party for the number of children that you confirmed 24 hours prior, if additional children arrive for your party, we can increase the numbers on the day, but we cannot decrease below the confirmed amount of children.

Q: Why have other parties gained access into their room earlier?
A: We try to allow access to your room as soon as it’s available, so it may be the case that there were no earlier parties prior and access was allowed sooner.

Q: Can I cater for the adults when booking a package one, all-inclusive party?
A: We only allow food cooked from our Cap’n’s Kitchen to be consumed on-site, this is because the cost of clearing and cleaning is included when purchasing food from us. As is the same for self-catering package, the cost of cleaning is included in the cost per child.

Q: Is the cake included in package one, all-inclusive party?
A: We do not include a cake in the cost of package one, but you can provide a cake from a supermarket, baker or even bake your own at home. Alternately we can place an order for you from a local cake maker or from one of our suppliers, please call for more details on 01793 522044
