Firstly, it is HUGE and perfect for our 8 and 9 year old boys. I think this may be the the biggest soft play we've ever been to and perfect for slightly older children. We did order food which was reasonably priced and decent kids portion sizes (my two had already had a bite!) They arrived hot and my kids said they were really nice and it didn't take too long. We also got a jug of squash for only £2.50. I liked the fact you can turn up at anytime and not restricted to a time slot. It was busy when we arrived at 12 but we got a table straight away. It did get busy soon after, but by 1430 it had thinned put and there was spare tables. The staff were really nice. People constantly clearing plates and when my son was kneed in the cheek and had a huge bump the staff were really helpful checking he was okay and got me an icepack. Toilets were unisex, run down but clean considering it's a massive kids soft play. Negatives: not the places fault but had a child vomiting infront of me on the floor and into a bag and the mum just let him run back into the soft play! If my kids get a sickness bug, I will be upset! I was going to complain but after he was sick again they finally decided to leave. Second negative the carpark is AWFUL and when I mean awful I mean awful. The spaces are so small and the one way system so tight it's really hard to get into the spaces and get around. If I was on my own I would of been stuffed - my mum had to help guide me into a space with small shunting and to get around the corner at the top because someone was I think not in an actual space. There's not many spaces for how big it is, and all double yellows outside. The parking situation may actually put me off going again which is a shame as my kids loved it.
